The sustainable footwear brand is selling off its core business and rebranding into “NewBird AI,” an AI compute infrastructure company. The shift is backed by a $50 million deal with an institutional investor, with plans to build toward a fully integrated cloud computing model.
Markets reacted instantly. The stock surged over 600% in a single day before pulling back, echoing the kind of momentum seen during the early internet era where simply attaching to AI could drive massive speculation.

Microsoft Expands Copilot With Agent Capabilities
Microsoft is working on a new OpenClaw-inspired AI agent that will be built directly into Microsoft 365 Copilot, designed to handle everyday office tasks across Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
The agent runs in the background, sorting emails, managing schedules, and organizing workflows without constant input. Instead of just responding to prompts, it’s meant to take on repetitive work directly.

Anthropic Launches Claude Opus 4.7 and Tightens Control on Powerful AI
